Ingredients To Make Spinach Salad Recipe

  • 3 gms. freshly ground black pepper
  • 60 gms. onions, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 15 ml. oil
  • 15-45 gms. ghee
  • 5 gms. turmeric powder
  • 8 gms. dried mint.
  • 750 gms. spinach
  • 450 gms. yoghurt, nano dok for (spice mix) garnish.

  • 10 gms. salt

Preparation Method of Spinach Salad Recipe

  1. Trim off roots and coarse stalks from the spinach.
  2. Wash leaves well, without any discoloured and damaged ones.
  3. Drain and shred coarsely the in a large casserole dish, heat oil on high temperature for 3 minutes.
  4. Add onions to the oil and cook on high temperature for 3 minutes.
  5. Remove from the oven and add garlic, salt and pepper on it then cool.
  6. Place yoghurt in a mixing bowl and add spinach mixture on it.
  7. Toss well and adjust seasoning.
  8. Serve at room temperature.
