Ingredients To Make Moong and Pomegranate Salad Recipe
- pomegranate - 1 cup (use the seedless variety)
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp mustard
- a pinch of asafoetida ,
- moong sprouts - 1 cup
- grated coconut - 1 cup
- 4 - 5 red chillies ,
- few curry leaves ,
- 1 tbsp oil and
- salt to taste
Preparation Method of Moong and Pomegranate Salad Recipe
- Mix pomegranate, moong sprouts and coconut well.
- Add salt and lemon juice on it and then mix well.
- Heat the oil and add mustard, curry leaves, red chillies and asafoetida .
- Season the mixture well. Coriander leaves can be used for garnishing .
- Also finely chopped cucumber can be added to the above.
- 1 tsp of grated ginger can also be added for better tasty.
- If you want to make it slightly spicy, add 1-2 finely chopped green chillies on it.
- Now serve and enjoy...
