  • 250 gms Paneer
  • 2 tsp Oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Red chili powder
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1 cup Chickpea Flour (Besan)

Preaparation Method of Paneer Pakoda Recipe

  1. Beat the chickpea flour with some water to make a thick batter in a blender for 4-5 minutes to incorporate air (this will make the batter fluffier).
  2. Let the batter rest half an hour in a warm place
  3. Cut the paneer into thick cube sizes.
  4. Sprinkle little salt and chili powder on this cubes.
  5. Dip the cubes of paneer in the batter.
  6. Deep fry in oil in 375° C temperature.
  7. Drain on paper towels and serve immediately.
  8. Serve the paneer pakora with coriander or mint chutney.
