Ingredients To Prepare Egg Casserole Recipe

  • 4 eggs
  • 1-1/2 cup milk
  • 3 breads, sides removed and cubed of 1/2"
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tsp mustard powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 cup meat pieces (sausages)

Egg Casserole Recipe

For Marination

  • 3 potatoes, sliced thinly
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Method of Egg Casserole Recipe

  1. Marinate the potatoes with nutmeg powder and salt.
  2. Heat a skillet, put meat pieces and cook till brown, stirring continuously.
  3. Beat eggs and mix with milk, mustard powder, cheese, salt and black pepper powder.
  4. In a baking casserole, spread the bread cubes. Spread the meat pieces over the cubes. Spread the potato slices. Spread the egg mixture.
  5. Bake at 350oF for 1 hour or until done.
