Ingredients To Make Green Filler Salad Recipe
- lime juice - 2 tea spoons
- button mushrooms - 1/4 cup
- tomatoes - half cup
- green peas - 1/4 cup
- salt & pepper to taste
- cottage cheese - 2 cups
- onions - 1/4 cup
- green chilli - 1
- grated cheese - 3 teaspoon
- coriander & mint leaves - 1/4 cup
- cabbage leaves - 5-6
- cucumbers - 1 small sized
Preparation Method of Green Filler Salad Recipe
- Boil the green peas and grate the cottage cheese.
- Chop cabbage leaves, onions, tomatoes, Mushrooms, cucumbers and chilli.
- Mix together all the ingredients in a big bowl.
- Add the seasoning and lemon juice in it, then refrigerate for 15-20 minutes.
- Serve with grated cheese, chopped coriander and mint leaves for better taste.
