Ingredients To Prepare Egg Halwa Recipe
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup mawa (khoya)
- 1 tbsp pure ghee
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp chopped dry fruits
- 1 tsp ground green-cardamom
- 1/2 cup fresh-milk
Preparation Method of Egg Halwa Recipe
- Mix the eggs, mawa, sugar and milk together until the sugar dissolves.
- Put a heavy bottom pan on fire and melt the ghee.
- Pour the egg mixture in it.
- Stir continuously till the eggs are cooked.
- Fry till the mixture leaves the sides of the pan.
- Remove from fire, mix the dry-fruits and cardamom-powder.
- Now the delicious halwa is ready to serve.
