- eggs - 8
- peas boiled - 100gm
- carrot grated and steamed - 100gm
- cabbage grated and steamed - 100gm
- onion chopped - 100gm
- green chillies chopped - 4
- tomato chopped - 50gm
- oil - 2 tbsp
- salt to taste
Preparation Method of Spanish Omelette Recipe
- Whip egg. Add salt and vegetables.
- Heat oil in a tawa. Pour mixture and spread. Cover with a lid.
- Cook about three minutes in medium flame or under side is brown colour.
- Turn over and cook for one minute.
- Serve hot with bread toast.
