Ingredients To Prepare Spanish Omelette Recipe

  • eggs - 8
  • peas boiled - 100gm
  • carrot grated and steamed - 100gm
  • cabbage grated and steamed - 100gm
  • onion chopped - 100gm
  • green chillies chopped - 4
  • tomato chopped - 50gm
  • oil - 2 tbsp
  • salt to taste

Preparation Method of Spanish Omelette Recipe

  1. Whip egg. Add salt and vegetables.
  2. Heat oil in a tawa. Pour mixture and spread. Cover with a lid.
  3. Cook about three minutes in medium flame or under side is brown colour.
  4. Turn over and cook for one minute.
  5. Serve hot with bread toast.
