Ingredients For Bread Dhokla Recipe

  • Plain Bread - 2 slices
  • Green chutney 2 tbsp
  • Plain Curd (yogurt or dahi) - 4tbs
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Rai 2 tbsp
  • Oil 3 tbsp
  • Dry Coconut 2 tbsp
  • Coriander Leaves - Finely Chopped

Preparation Method of Bread Dhokla Recipe

  1. Take a bowl and mix the curd, pinch of salt and pepper. Meanwhile fry the mustard seeds (rai) in the oil and keep it aside.
  2. Now take 2 slices of bread. On one spread the green chutney and on the other spread the curd prepared.
  3. Now combine the 2 slices and cut them into small square shapes. On each cut piece spread little fried rai seeds, garnish further with dried coconut and coriander leaves.
  4. This is an easy to prepare and very delicious to eat at any time of the day.
