Ingredients To Make Pasta and Veggie Salad Recipe
- 1 cup pasta boiled (boiled measure 1 cup)
- 1 tbsp. grated cheese or paneer
- 1 capsicum finely chopped
- 1 tsp. white vinegar
- 10-12 french beans chopped into 1" pieces
- 1 potato peeled, chopped into 1" sticks
- 1 tsp. coriander
- 1/2 tsp. sugar powdered
- 1 small green chilli
- 1 small flake garlic peeled
- 2 carrots chopped into 1" sticks
- 1 onion thinly sliced
- salt to taste
Preparation Method of Pasta and Veggie Salad Recipe
- Boil carrot, potato, beans together till it becomes tender.
- Pour cold water over them to cool it.
- Drain out all the water. Keep it aside.
- Crush garlic and chilli finely under a stone.
- Take pasta in a large bowl, add ginger and garlic.
- Add all other ingredients except coriander and cheese.
- Toss well till veggies and flavoring are well blended.
- Garnish with cheese and coriander.
- Chill very well before serving.
