Ingredients to Make Kadai Egg Curry Recipe

  1. eggs - 4
  2. onion 2
  3. tomato 2
  4. button mushroom 100 gms
  5. spring onion 2
  6. saunf 1 tsp
  7. capsicum 1/2
  8. dhania powder 2 tsp
  9. sambar/ chilli powder 2 tsp
  10. salt
  11. jeera powder 1/2 tsp
  12. oil / ghee as required

Preparation Method of Kadai Egg Curry Recipe

  1. Boil eggs and remove shells.
  2. Heat oil/ghee in kadai, add saunf and chopped white part of spring onions.
  3. Add chopped onions and saute.
  4. When translucent, add chopped mushrooms, capsicum and saute.
  5. When almost done add chopped tomatoes, salt, and all powders.
  6. Saute for a while and add boiled eggs and little water.
  7. Cook till eggs are well coated and gravy becomes thick.
  8. Garnish with remaining spring onions and serve with any type of roti.
